LifeOS Terms of Use

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Agreement

By using LifeOS, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.

Product Use

LifeOS is a personal journaling, planning, reflection, and self-awareness app. It can help you organize thoughts, notes, habits, goals, and conversations, but it is not a medical, therapy, legal, financial, or emergency service.

Accounts and Sign-In

You are responsible for the account you use with LifeOS and for keeping your account information accurate. LifeOS may use your account email for service messages such as sign-in, security, support, purchase, subscription, and policy notices.

Subscriptions

LifeOS Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by the store account used for the purchase.

LifeOS Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The billing period and price are shown before purchase in the app. Your subscription renews unless you cancel through your store subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by Apple or Google.

Deleting your LifeOS account or removing the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel recurring billing through the store account that manages the subscription.

Marketing Communications

If you choose to receive product updates, offers, or other marketing emails, LifeOS may send those messages to the email address on your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without affecting service, security, purchase, subscription, or support messages.

Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you add to LifeOS and for how you use any AI-assisted suggestions. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it.
